COLABORATORY is a unique creative industry
experience sponsored by the Portland Advertising
Federation, setting a precedent as the first multi-agency/
Interns are paired with 3 agencies based on their strengths
and interests. They spend 2 intensely focused weeks at
each agency learning from all disciplines. During the six
weeks working at agencies across Portland, interns will
also form 2 competing teams to develop a campaign pitch
for a popular Oregon brand.

agencies work, and at the same time lets them learn how
