The College of Arts and Sciences Academic Advising Center is looking to hire a Learning Design Intern for the summer.
Paid Summer Internship:
Design an Interactive Training Module for SU Students
Are you skilled in visual design using tools such as Prezi, Adobe Captivate or Camtasia (e-Learning authoring tools)?
If Yes: we want to hire you this summer to design a series of training modules which will be used with new SU freshmen students.
Position Summary: The Learning Design Intern will be responsible for working directly with the College of Arts and Science’s Advising Team to design and develop interactive and online training modules which provide an overview of registration, advising, and educational planning information to first-year Seattle University students.
Essential Duties: Using provided content, build eLearning modules consisting of screen captures, text, graphics, animations and review questions, etc. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements: Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time; attention to detail; ability to remain detail-oriented; excellent computer skills; software skills related to eLearning, instructional design and/or web design
Important Position Information:
Approximately 50 hour internship experience
Hours and work location are flexible. Student MUST be living in Seattle
Intern will work July 1st through Sept. 4th (negotiable)
Level 2 Student Pay Rate: $10.65/hour
